Error Codes

1. Make sure the door is closed.
2. Check if there are things stuck nearby door that prevents it from closing.
3. Check the Door and Latch Sensors.

4. Check if the ADF Shaft is bent

2. Check the amount of ribbon match the ribbon count.
3. Check the ribbon sensors.

1. Change a new ribbon cassette if empty.
2. Check the Ribbon Sensors.
3. Check the Ribbon Motors.
4. Check the ADF IF board.

1. Make sure ribbon LED/sensor are connected properly.
2. Check the RFID tag of the ribbon.
3. Check the mainboard.

1. Check ribbon sensor value.
2. Check mechanism related to ribbon movement.
3. Check the Motor Calibration
4. Check for statics
5. Check TPH alignment
6. Check if TPH is overheating that cuts the ribbon.

1. Change a new paper roll.
2. Check the LE sensor (print sensor)
3. Check the ADF IF board
4. Check if the paper holder related mechanisms.
5. Check the capstan motor.

1. Make sure paper is loaded at correct position.
2. Make sure LE sensor & deskew sensors are connected properly.
3. Change 2 sensors if needed.

1. Remove paper jammed in printer.
2. Check the LE Sensor
3. Check the ADF If board.
4. Check the paper flange.

1. Make sure LE/Exit sensors are connected properly.
2. Check if there is anything stuck or malfunction on the cutter unit.
3. Check the internal paper trays for interference. 4.

1. Change LE/Exit sensor if needed.
2. Check deformity of the paper flange
3. Check Cutter Unit

1. Check the ADF IF board
2. Check the mainboard
3. Check all paper movement sensors
4. Check Motor calibration (duty cycle)
5. Check Capstan and Pinch Rollers

1. Check if paper type is matched with printing job
2. Make sure paper type sensor is connected properly.
3. Change paper type sensor if needed

1. Make sure cam motor and cam sensor are connected properly.
2. Change cam platen motor if needed.
3. Change cam sensor if needed.
4. Check assembly positions of gear trains.
5. Change the Slider Linkage

Change mainboard if firmware update does not solve the problem

Check the smart chip and change a new one if needed.

1. Check M/B & IF/B of TPH connectors.
2. Check TPH thermistor and change it if needed.
3. Replace the mainboard.

1. Make sure FW code can match the printer.
2. Change mainboard if firmware update does not solve the problem

1. Check for scraps of paper stuck in cutter.
2. Check cutter motor and sensor, then change them if needed
